DESCRIPTION
As a fan of tiling windows, I'd like to be able to trick certain applications
to fullscreen mode without them actually filling the whole screen, so that
their gui components are hidden, saving precious desktop real estate. This is
usually very effective on media players and media playing in browsers. You
would have a video playing in a corner of the screen while doing other work.
The small size of the window make the gui components take up more space,
relative to the window size.

I'd like to still be able to resize and tile the "fullscreen" window using the
existing kwin tools.

This is a killer feature in other tiling WM's like hyprland.

I know this has been dicussed in other forums but never actually made it as a
formal request. So here it is! Let's go!
