applets/kicker: fix ComputerModel system apps

Amends c99f33d46b59276f29ce26095c09c3a65ad1b028

ComputerModel uses a SimpleFavoritesModel for its system apps list. This
list is stored in the config using bare desktop names, but the in-memory
representation is updated to use favoriteId style (i.e. full urls, with
"applications" scheme for apps) internally after loading. The problem is
that looking up the entry by id, as we do on a refresh, currently does
not handle this correctly and instead considers all schemes except
"preferred" to be files. So while everything works correctly initially,
when you install/uninstall an app, it triggers a refresh, and the apps
are replaced by invalid file representations of their desktop file
(invalid as FileEntry can't handle this url scheme - it's only for apps,
not for files).

The machinery can handle the favoriteId-style urls perfectly fine, we
just need it to use the one for apps, not the one for files.
FIXED-IN: 6.8.0
