I normally have kickoff at popupHeight of 660 but since yesterday, it keeps getting set to 509. And it only just started yesterday where I messed with the bottom panel (but then reverting the changes), adding an alternative application launcher (before also removing it), and configuring my mouse tiler KWin script. I noticed that this only happens when my bottom panel is adaptive and the panel goes from floating to not floating due to the presence or non-presence of a window above it.
