Right now using the mouse wheel on top of the brightness widget
increases/decreases the brightness for all monitors, and possibly keyboard.
I realized this when I did just that by accident when trying to change the
volume.
This shouldn't be reactive to wheel. Brightness is something you set once,
maybe change later when the monitor starts to degrade.
I don't want to change brightness by accident.
