TCL files for testing

DESCRIPTION
Kdevelop LSP Client / Server functionality seems incomplete, as file contents
are not parsed by the server before file contents has been visible in the UI.
Meaning: file buffer has been rendered on a visible tab.

Even if file is opened in a editor tab, but tab has not been visible, no file
content gets parsed. Thus, for example, "Go to definition" -action does not
work. So this renders LSP server usage majorly unsusable, at the moment.

PRECONDITIONS
Using tcl-lsp-server as exmple.

1. git clone [email protected]:bitwisecook/tcl-lsp.git
2. Install rustup
3. rustup toolchain install stable
4. cargo build -r -p tcl-lsp-server
5. Copy tcl-lsp-server to a bin/ folder that is in $PATH, e.g. ~/.local/bin/
6. Enable tcl-lsp-server in Kdevelop: Settings -> LSP Client -> User Servers

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start new Kdevelop session; NOTE: Check that Messages view is cleared!
2. File -> Open -> browse to: kdevelop-tcl-lsp-server-crawl-bug/
3. Ctrl+A to select all files
4. Check that files are opened in the tabs in the order 1st tab (hidden):
include.tcl, 2nd tab: user.tcl
5. Observe in "Messages"-view: user.tcl parsed only
6. Point mouse over set_value -call -> right-click -> Go To -> Go to Definition

---- bug reproduced above; below steps for reference only ----

7. Switch to include.tcl tab
8. Observe Messages-view: include.tcl parsed
9. Go to user.tcl tab and use "Go to definition" again

OBSERVED RESULT
Step 6: Kdevelop does not jump to the function definition in include.tcl

EXPECTED RESULT
Step 6: Kdevelop should jump to function definition in include.tcl

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed-Slowroll 20260802
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
Kernel Version: 7.1.8-1.0.8.sr20260802-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11850H @ 2.50GHz

Graphics Processor 2: NVIDIA T1200 Laptop GPU
Manufacturer: LENOVO
Product Name: 20YRS21300
System Version: ThinkPad P15 Gen 2i

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In Kate, the same LSP server crawls the files in the background. So, no need to
view the file buffer tab to make "Go to Definition" functional.
