--- Comment #8 from [email protected] --- +1 for this feature. I am visually impaired and use zoom every day on two monitors. Use case: a game (Hytale) on the right monitor, a video on the left monitor. When I zoom in on the game, the zoomed content overflows onto the left monitor and hides the video. I would like an option so the zoom stays on the monitor I am using. The current behavior could stay as the default. About the cursor concern (Push tracking mode): to pan the zoom, I push the mouse against the edge of the screen. If the cursor can leave the screen at that moment, it goes to the other monitor and the zoom jumps there. My idea: - keep the cursor inside the active monitor (an invisible border), - add a configurable shortcut to switch the active zoom monitor: the zoom turns off on the old monitor and turns on the new one with that monitor's own saved zoom level, and the cursor moves there. Possibly related: with both monitors zoomed together, I also get typing lag, and none with only one monitor enabled (Plasma 6.7.5, Wayland, RX 7800 XT). I don't know if they are linked. (I don't speak English well, an AI tool helped me translate this. The use case and ideas are mine.) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
