Evidence of the crash
DESCRIPTION
When dragging any widget onto an empty panel, Plasma would immediately crash
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an empty Panel
2. Add a widget
3. Find any widget and drag it onto the empty panel
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma immediately crashed
EXPECTED RESULT
The widget should be on the panel
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When dragging any widget onto an already filled panel however, it actually
stayed on the panel and is interactive
