Menu bar for inactive kwrite, konsole, gwenview
DESCRIPTION
The menu bar background color for KWrite, Konsole, Gwenview stays at the color
for focused, active window, rather than the lighter gray for inactive window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable "Breeze (Union)" in System Settings.
2. Open KWrite
3. Focus desktop or other windows.
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu bar color did not change when unfocused.
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu bar color dims together with toolbar.
