System settings with unusable checkbox with Union
DESCRIPTION
In System settings with Union enabled, checkbox and radio buttons become large,
its inner image (thus current state) unrecognizable, and cover adjacent text.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable "Breeze (Union)"
2. Go to "Display & Monitor"
OBSERVED RESULT
Checkbox and radio buttons is weird.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normla checkbox and radio buttons.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As you can tell from the screenshot, but the scroll bar is very narrow, and
text field padding is missing. Should probably file them separately.
