Explicitly set the insets for PlayListEntry Delegates use a combination of padding and inset to create spacing between different delegates. Overriding the padding here means the insets also need to be overridden, otherwise they still apply, causing issues. Note that with qqc2-desktop-style this was done automatically as it calculated inset based on padding, but Union cannot currently do that.
