Brent Durksen <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #34 from Brent Durksen <[email protected]> --- When I install a PWA using ungoogled-chromium, it appears correctly in the application launcher, and its icon and name appear correctly in the Alt-Tab switcher when running. The issue for me is only with the Icons-Only Task Manager. When launching an installed PWA, it appears on the taskbar with the icon of Chromium, not the PWA. When started, it is not grouped with any existing pinned or opened Chromium browser windows. When there is a change to the taskbar icons (e.g. an application is launched or closed), it is then re-grouped together with pinned/existing Chromium windows. Because my window/task workflow revolves around using Super+Number shortcuts to launch pinned apps, I created a fix/workaround for myself with gpt-6-luna. This commit is targeted only to the 6.7.5 release of plasma-workspace, which is what is running on my Fedora 44 workstation: https://github.com/brentdurksen/plasma-workspace/commit/1a55500cf8a671935d5c6a20b3e401ae6504afce I am not a C++ or KDE developer, so cannot comment on the approach the LLM took, other than to confirm it works for my needs. I also respect the KDE contribution guidelines and am not confidently able to assert my own copyright over this code since it was LLM-generated, which is why I don't intend to propose this as an upstream patch. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
