DESCRIPTION
Tickets reservation and events have a cost field, which sum to a total in trip
stats. However reataurant reservatiom does not have a cost field, which couls
also be included in trip total cost. Would be a nice thing to have.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a trip
2. Create a restaurant entry
3. No cost field im reservation group
OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to input meal cost.
EXPECTED RESULT
Be able to input meal cost and include it in trips total cost.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
