Pushed by ahiemstra into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. input/css: Add support for some colorsets to ToolBar This makes ToolBar respect several of the color sets that can be set by Kirigami, most notably this allows setting Header toolbars to use the Window color set and using the Complementary color set. Button/ToolTip have not been added as those don't make much sense for toolbars.
