Besides your reproducer, I tested it with plasmashell itself: Plasma 6.7.5,
Kvantum 1.1.8, Qt 6.12.0, KWindowSystem 6.30.0 with the change loaded through
QT_PLUGIN_PATH. The comment 13 sequence disconnects plasmashell with the
unchanged plugin and passes three times in a row with the change, with the blur
back on the reopened menu.

Thanks for testing it. If you can, please test the merge request as well and
leave a note there.
