DESCRIPTION
If the media has started playing before connecting, sometimes volume buttons
don't change the remote media volume (volume change does happen successfully
via in-app volume controls, but not via volume buttons). The behavior is
inconsistent, so might sometimes happen might not.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start media on a remote device
2. Connect with a phone
3. Try adjusting a volume with buttons
OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes buttons press have no effect
EXPECTED RESULT
Volume is always being adjusted
