DESCRIPTION
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. When running push session hibernata button (finnish valmiustila)
2. Plasma doesn't go to hibernate
3. Push power button on computer, system doesn't wake up
OBSERVED RESULT
Computer turns off the display, but processor fan doesn't shutdown but still
spinning at the same speed. Power button light doen't start to blink but the
light stays on all the time.
When I try to wake up system that doen't work. I had push power button long
time when motherboard went out. And then start computer like first time.
The bug 500841 has something same on waking up like this, but just not same.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kubuntu 26.04 did going to hibernate and then the computer power button light
blinked. And when I pushed the power button it woke up.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
I updated Kubuntu 26.04 7th October 2026 to version 26.10 beta. That contains
Plasma 6.7.5. The computer mainboard is MSI Z490-A Pro.
