DESCRIPTION
Moving a window on top of a translucent window that is getting blurred, creates
artifacts on the blurred window or the blurred part of the window.
I'm testing this on KDE Linux to test the Plasma 6.8 beta.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable blur on Konsole or use Tauon music player and enable blur
2. Move a window on top of the blurred window/blurred part of the window

OBSERVED RESULT
Moving a window on top of a window that is blurred creates artifacts on the
blurred window
EXPECTED RESULT
Moving a window on top of a window that is blurred does not create artifacts on
the blurred window
