            Bug ID: 526850
           Summary: System Settings: Clicking the text label of the "Show
                    selected window" checkbox does not toggle the option
                    in Task Switcher settings
    Classification: Applications
           Product: systemsettings
      Version First 6.7.5
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: kcm_kwintabbox
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

Description:

In System Settings, under the Task Switcher configuration page, clicking
directly on the text label associated with the checkbox "Show selected window"
has no effect. The option only toggles when clicking strictly inside the small
square checkbox itself.

Standard UI behavior across KDE/Qt applications dictates that clicking either
the checkbox control or its associated descriptive label should toggle the
state.

System Information:

* Operating System:** Arch Linux
* KDE Plasma Version:** 6.7.5
* KDE Frameworks Version:** 6.30.0
* Qt Version:** 6.11.2
* Kernel Version:** 6.18.55-1-lts (64-bit)
* Graphics Platform:** Wayland

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open **System Settings**.
2. Navigate to **Window Management** -> **Task Switcher**.
3. Locate the setting **"Show selected window"**.
4. Click anywhere on the text label "Show selected window" (outside the
checkbox square).

Observed Result:

Nothing happens. The checkbox state remains unchanged. It only toggles if
clicked precisely inside the checkbox square.

Expected Result:

Clicking either the text label or the checkbox square should toggle the
checked/unchecked state.

Additional Suggestion / Note:

Please consider reviewing other checkboxes across System Settings (particularly
within KCMs using similar QML layout components/Kirigami FormLayout) to ensure
their labels are properly linked to the interactive checkbox elements or
wrapped inside a clickable control/delegate. It could / should even have an
automated test.
