DESCRIPTION
When a project with a missing proxy file is opened, the dialog offers the
option "Recreate missing proxies". Checking it makes no difference: after OK,
the proxy is removed from the clip and no new proxy is created.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable proxy clips, add a video clip to a project, wait for its proxy, and
save the project.
2. Quit Kdenlive and delete the proxy file (in the project's or the global
"proxy" cache folder).
3. Open the project again. The dialog lists the proxy clip as "Missing" and
says "One missing proxy, Proxy clips can be recreated."
4. Check "Recreate missing proxies" and press OK.
OBSERVED RESULT
The clip loses its proxy: the "P" badge disappears from the Project Bin, and no
proxy job runs. From the code, the result is the same with the option
unchecked.
EXPECTED RESULT
With the option checked, the proxy is recreated. With it unchecked, the proxy
is removed.
