In systemsettings / Keyboard / Shortcuts / Touchpad, all 3 actions show up as
"Enable Touchpad", instead of "Enable Touchpad", "Disable Touchpad", "Toggle
Touchpad".
I believe this might be caused by an incorrect "Name" key in this file:
