Table from step 2, inserted into Vim. Unaligned. Hack 10pt, 110x28 terminal
size.

DESCRIPTION
As in the name - "-" and "|" symbols break alignment in Markdown-like tables.
Using KDE Plasma. Tried to reconfigure fonts, purged font cache, changed fonts
(between Hack, Iosevka Fixed and Fire Code) - nothing helped. No same behavior
occurred in alacritty on the same machine in the same session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any textual editor, say, Vim.

2. Insert the next:

| date | status |
|----------------|-------------------|
| 2026, Oct. 7th | accepted, pending |

As you see, it's aligned.

3. Adjust font size.

OBSERVED RESULT
Second line scales horizontally more/less than other text.

EXPECTED RESULT
Even scaling
