Screen recording of the bug

DESCRIPTION
When Kickoff is configured to show other applications in a grid (instead of the
default list view), scrolling the list of applications in the 'All
Applications' view using the touchpad (two fingers scroll) doesn't work
reliably. Most of the time it would barely scroll the list. When using a mouse
however, this behaviour doesn't occur and using the mouse wheel scrolls
normally. This problem is specific to the grid view. However, the view is
scrollable using the touchpad when hovering the cursor over the scrollbar
(clealy inconvenient).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Launcher (Kickoff)
2. Configure Application Launcher
3. In the General tab, select show other applications in a grid and apply
4. Go to all applications view and try to scroll using the touchpad with two
fingers

OBSERVED RESULT
The app list barely scrolls up or down.

EXPECTED RESULT
The app list scrolls up and down in a consistent fashion as it does across the
system.
