Taras Oleksyn <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #10 from Taras Oleksyn <[email protected]> --- I can confirm this for Arch Linux and KDE neon testing, clicking "System Monitor" launches system monitor right away without confirmation, and the page shows "System Monitor is an external application and has been automatically launched". But in my kde-builder developer session (Plasma 6.8.80, Arch Linux) I get the confirmation dialog first. The root cause seems to be the ownership of kcm_external_plasma-systemmonitor.desktop, in prepackaged KDE the file is owned by root, thus launching the system monitor right away, in the built Plasma the file is owned by the user, so you get the confirmation dialog. Maybe we can reconsider if launching system monitor right away is a desired behavior, since no other entry in the sidebar does that? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
