Currently it is not possible to update an existing theme. To change a theme one
has to
1. delete the current them
2. redo all the changes
3. create another theme
4. set the the theme in global settings
This is tedious and a bad experience
User story: The user has created a theme, is happy with it but want to change
the cursors. They go to Desktop themes select the existing theme, make the
changes and save the them under the same name. They get warned that a theme
already exists with that name but that is ok.
