Recently I mounted a GoogleDrive Shared-with-Me (via rclone), where are files I cannot delete as they don't belong to me. While I'd like to keep folder previews turned on for most of my folders, in that Shared-with-Me folder there is a file that I don't want to preview. Disabling previews for all folders I have in my home dir seems a bit too much. On the other hand, looking at something I don't want to see jangles my OCD.
