Video of getting softlocked on KDEnlive's online resources
DESCRIPTION
When you open Online Resources window and try to search for "Pexels videos",
you receive a "Search failed! HTTP 400" error. This error strangely locks
search bar and page switching bar. You can't interact with them when they are
locked. If you press cancel, they are unlocked, but if you just try to change
Online Resouces' Service instead, without pressing "cancel", they are never
unlocked and stay like this even if you try to close and open Online Resources
again. Bug is only solved closing KDEnlive and opening it again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a New project
2. Access Online Resources window (for example, go to Project Bin -> click "Add
clip or folder" arrow -> click "Online Resource" option)
3. On Online Resources window, select "Pexel Video" service.
4. On Online Resources window, click on "search" bar and press Enter.
5. As you receive "Search failed! HTTP 400" error, DO NOT CLICK TO "CANCEL".
6. On Online Resources window, select other service.
OBSERVED RESULT
On Online Resources window, both search bar and "switch page" bar get locked.
The lock is kept even closing Online Resources window or changing to more
services. User can't get any more online resources without closing and opening
KDEnlive.
EXPECTED RESULT
When trying to search for Internet Archive Movies, I get a different error: "No
items found.". This error does not lock any user actions. Users expect this,
not getting locked on any moment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have built kdenlive from master branch on a Ubuntu 26.04's virtual machine 2
weeks ago and found the same bug.
I have also tried on Ubuntu 26.04 a friend of mine who also have built kdenlive
from master branch 1 week ago and still found the same bug.
Maybe Pexel Videos is avalible to someone, but even then, the issue is not
about Pexel Video, it is about the strange behavior when you receive a HTTP 404
error.
