Do not resolve the samba interfaces when listing usershares net resolves every name of the "interfaces" parameter of smb.conf before it runs a command. An interface that was up without an address made each lookup wait for a DNS timeout of about 4 seconds, and "net usershare info" took 8 seconds. Listing the usershares only reads the share files. "net usershare info" now runs with interfaces set to 127.0.0.1, which needs no lookup. The option applies only to that net process, and smb.conf, smbd and the network browsing are unchanged.
