So the bug is not X11 only, it is present in wayland as well. Same issue as before. I open it initially and the location bar is not visible. If I maximize it the location bar shows up. I attached a screenshot of it currently. I am running a bit older versions of KDE, so the bug may be resolved... When I am able to update I will try again.
