DESCRIPTION
The shortcuts in the homeoverlay that lead to the settings application (Audio
and Wi-Fi) do not work if the settings app is already open.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the Audio (or Wi-Fi) shortcut to open the settings application
2. Observe it works correctly
3. Reopen the homeoverlay and use the Wi-Fi (or Audio) shortcut
4. Observe it just opens settings, not the correct tab
