navigation, the bottom one due to the mouse cursor (not visible).
DESCRIPTION
When the mouse is not used for a while - or at all - it gets hidden and is no
longer visible. However, delegates still get highlighted because of the
invisible mouse cursor. This causes a confusing highlight that shouldn't be
there.
This is observable in e.g. the Plasma Bigscreen settings app and "Edit Home
Screen" menu.
