Pushed by albertvaka into branch 'master'. security: Do not mutate resources configuration when setting temporary locale for cert generation Mutating resources.configuration via the deprecated updateConfiguration() overwrites the application-wide LocaleList with a single Locale. On Android 7+, this corrupts locale resolution and causes the app UI to unexpectedly fall back to secondary or arbitrary translation languages. Instead of touching Context resources, only temporarily adjust Locale.setDefault() wrapped in a try-finally block to ensure it is always restored safely.
