Floating panel docks when candidate panel appears.
DESCRIPTION
In 6.8 whenever I type Chinese with Fcitx 5, the floating Plasma panel will
dock to screen edge even when nothing is near it, and will only resume to
floating state when I commit text to make the candidate panel disappear.
I don't think this happened in 6.8 beta 2 because it will be so obvious.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Fcitx 5 to type some CJK to make candidate panel appear
2. Floating Plamsa panel will dock to screen edge.
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma panel docks when Fcitx 5 panel appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma panel stays floating.
