You should be OK using Gnome with Wayland. The snap should include all the required KDE libraries. We have seen some permission related failures with using the snap versions, but so far I do not see any hints about that in what you posted. By "prepare KMyMoney" do you mean "Configure KMyMoney?" Is this with an already set up data file, or are you trying to set up a new file?
