## DESCRIPTION
When dockers are locked in KolourPaint, the bottom color selection panel can
still be resized, even though it can no longer be repositioned. This causes an
annoying interaction conflict: when resizing the canvas or drawing area, the
resize handle competes with the color panel's resize handle if they are close
to each other, making it difficult to grab the correct one.
Locking the panels should prevent resizing as well as repositioning, so their
boundaries remain fixed and do not interfere with other UI elements.
## STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KolourPaint and locate the bottom color selection panel.
2. Enable the option to lock the colors panels.
3. Try resizing the canvas or drawing area near the color selection panel.
## OBSERVED RESULT
The color selection panel cannot be repositioned but can still be resized. Its
resize handle overlaps or competes with the canvas resize handle, making it
difficult to resize the canvas reliably.
## EXPECTED RESULT
Locking the panels should prevent both repositioning and resizing. The color
selection panel should remain fixed, ensuring its resize handle cannot
interfere with the canvas resize handle.
## SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
## ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The issue is particularly frustrating when the color panel is positioned close
to the canvas boundary. A locked panel should not remain resizable if the
purpose of locking is to prevent accidental layout changes.
