DESCRIPTION
I have a 144Hz Monitor laptop. I realized it may save significant power on my
gaming machine on the lowest power preset by enabling an option in the menu to
limit to 60Hz. this is resolvable via the screen settings but i feel that this
would be slightly more convenient.
