            Bug ID: 527108
Summary: [Panel Edit Mode] "Miniature desktop" header buttons
overlap each other when screen space is limited or
                    large scaling is used.
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First 6.7.5

          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Edit Mode

Panel Edit Mode opened. The Panel edit menu takes a lot of space and the
miniature desktop header buttons are overlapping each other.

DESCRIPTION
When in the Panel Edit Mode, the miniature desktop shown left of the Panel edit
menu can get very small if the edit menu takes up a lot of space. Thus, the
buttons above the desktop are overlapping each other. This makes it impossible
to click on some of them or even read them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a fractional scaling of 150% (on a 1080p monitor) and a general font
size of 15pt.
2. (Possibly use a different language where the words for panel options are
longer)
3. Right-click on a panel and open the Panel Edit mode.

OBSERVED RESULT
The header buttons above the "miniature desktop preview" overlap each other.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma should ideally be able to adjust to a small screen space, by moving the
header buttons somewhere else, only showing the icons or some other way.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Void
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
Kernel Version: 7.2.8_1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT 6-Core Processor
Memory: 15.5 GiB of usable RAM
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using such a high scaling on a 1080p monitor might be a rare case, but I am
visually impaired and rely on fractional scaling being available. Plasma
handles this well most of the time, but there are some issues like this one. I
have also seen that this issue is less pronounced when using English as the
system language.
