DESCRIPTION
the oxygen cursor seems to randomly grow and shrink depending on what i hover
it over, and when it does it gets very blurry and fuzzy
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a website
2. hover over a text entry field or a hyperlink
OBSERVED RESULT
the scaling changes at random
EXPECTED RESULT
the cursor stays the same size and doesn't become blurred
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): 7.2.9-2-cachyos
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
this doesn't show up in a spectacle screen recording for some reason, please
forgive the cell phone camera recording that i had to compress to hell and back
but you can still see the cursor changing size
