DESCRIPTION
On my system I unable to toggle the circle mode when using the Ellipse tool
while holding the Shift key.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Kolourpaint
2. Switch to the Ellipse tool
3. Hold shift then drag on the canvas
OBSERVED RESULT
Selection become circle shape.
EXPECTED RESULT
Selection not become circle shape, still as before.

Operating System: Ubuntu 26.04

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I reproduce this problem in a Wayland session.
