--- Comment #5 from Pavel Urusov <[email protected]> ---
Sure.

#include <QApplication>
#include <QPushButton>

#include <KMessageBox>
#include <KStandardGuiItem>

int main(int argc, char **argv)
{
    QApplication app(argc, argv);

    QPushButton button(QStringLiteral("Show warning"));
    QObject::connect(&button, &QPushButton::clicked, &button, [&button] {
        KMessageBox::warningContinueCancelList(
            &button,
            QStringLiteral("Do you really want to move this item to the
trash?"),
            {QStringLiteral("short_file.name")},
            QStringLiteral("Warning"),
            KStandardGuiItem::del());
    });

    button.show();
    return app.exec();
}

At least in my mixed-DPI setup, this reliably opens a ridiculously small dialog
box that actually clips its contents.
