SUMMARY
When attempting to switch audio profiles/codecs for a Bluetooth audio device
(e.g., JBL GO) via the KDE Plasma System Tray Volume Applet (plasma-pa),
plasmashell freezes completely. The UI becomes unresponsive, requiring `pkill
-9 plasmashell` from TTY to recover. Switching profiles via `pavucontrol` works
without freezing plasmashell.

STEPS TO REPEAT
1. Connect a Bluetooth audio device with multiple profile options.
2. Open the Volume applet in the Plasma system tray.
3. Attempt to switch the codec/channel profile for the Bluetooth device.
OBSERVED RESULT
plasmashell freezes immediately. The system tray audio widget throws
QML/PipeWire errors in journalctl.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Bluetooth audio profile switches seamlessly without freezing the Plasma
shell.
