DESCRIPTION
Support for libinput circular touchpad scrolling in KWin (and also
systemsettings) is missing
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add your device to the libinput circular scrolling whitelist (non-circular
touchpads may also work with this)
2. Start Plasma Wayland session
OBSERVED RESULT
No scrolling methods are enabled and in KCM mouse page all scroll methods are
gray.
EXPECTED RESULT
Circular scrolling is enabled and KCM mouse page show this method when it's
available
