Without this lifecycle callback, the Quick Settings tile remains in an uninitialized state on modern Android versions, preventing users from seeing or using the Send Clipboard tile. Additionally, update the tile state dynamically to STATE_ACTIVE when paired and reachable devices are connected, or STATE_INACTIVE otherwise.
