Summary: Allow for a configurable auto hide panel delay
Classification: Plasma

Platform: CachyOS
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED

Priority: NOR

Assignee: [email protected]

Target Milestone: 1.0
DESCRIPTION
Add a configurable delay for the auto hide setting of a panel. It has recently
been changed to 50ms which is much too fast and extremely irritating to work
with. My usual workflow involves moving my mouse down so that the taskbar is
now visible then moving it towards the correct icon, but now I either have to
keep it on the bar and move it along precisely which is annoying or just deal
with it disappearing before I get to the icon I want as I wasn't able to stay
within the region of the panel when moving towards my desired icon and having
to force the panel to reappear adding an extra step.
