Pushed by albertvaka into branch 'master'. notifications: Honor FLAG_ONLY_ALERT_ONCE on notification updates When an existing notification updates on Android, apps frequently set Notification.FLAG_ONLY_ALERT_ONCE so that progress updates or silent state changes do not repeatedly trigger sound, vibration, or alert popups. Previously, KDE Connect only marked notifications as silent if they were pre-existing when the device connected. When an existing notification was updated, it was forwarded without the silent flag, causing repeated intrusive popups on the desktop for every progress or silent state change. Mark notification updates as silent if the notification has Notification.FLAG_ONLY_ALERT_ONCE set.
