Switch the color theme selector to use the same pattern as the font family
selector (an in-window sheet/list), improving readability with translucent
color schemes.

# Bug Report / UX Improvement

**Product:** Marknote
**Component:** Settings ▸ General (Color theme selector)
**Version:** 1.6.0 and current master
**Type:** UX improvement

## Summary

The "Color theme" selector opens a translucent popup that is hard to read with
translucent color schemes. Replace it with the same pattern used by the font
family selector: a sheet (`Kirigami.OverlaySheet`) drawn inside the window over
the blurred background.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Use a translucent color scheme (window background with alpha).
1. Open Settings ▸ General ▸ General theme.
1. Click "Color theme".
1. The popup appears translucent with low contrast and is hard to read.

## Root cause

The control was a `FormCard.FormComboBoxDelegate` opening a `Controls.Menu`
popup. With translucent schemes, the popup's background uses
`Kirigami.Theme.backgroundColor` corresponding to `[Colors:Window]
BackgroundNormal` with alpha and lacks the window's blur effect.

The font selector already uses `Kirigami.OverlaySheet` (inside the window, over
blurred background) for better readability.

## Expected behavior

Both selectors (font family and color theme) should use the same approach (a
sheet/list inside the window) for consistent readability across translucent and
opaque schemes.

## Fix

Replace `FormComboBoxDelegate` with a clickable `FormCard.AbstractFormDelegate`
that opens a `Kirigami.OverlaySheet` containing a `ListView` backed by
`ColorSchemer.model`. On selection, apply the scheme, update
`Config.colorScheme`, save and close the sheet.

## Note

This is a UX/consistency improvement. It may be less noticeable with opaque
schemes but clearly improves readability with translucent ones.
