DESCRIPTION
I have the option `Switch to Dark mode at Night ` enabled in the Global theme
settings.
I have also created some customizable theme (light/dark)
But I've noticed every time the theme switches to Dark/Light , the effect to
list my windows via Alt+Tab is reseted.
this also happens during a reboot.
This issue is another manifestation of a bug affecting `union`, similar to bug
519156, which I have already reported.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. kde settings > windows management >
2. choose your listing windows effect in task selector (an effect different
from the default one)
3. reboot your machine OR switch between Dark/Light theme
OBSERVED RESULT
the default effects is re-enabled
EXPECTED RESULT
The effect must persist across theme changes/restarts.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I also noticed that this does not happen if the chosen effect is already set to
