Example file with painted-on background layer.

DESCRIPTION

If you paint on a default "Background" and erase some of the pixels to allow
alpha blending with the layers created below it, and then move this
"Background" layer, the alpha of the "Background" layer breaks.

Despite this layer being a "Paint Layer", it behaves differently from all other
paint layers. If this was not supposed to be a layer that the user was allowed
to be able to paint on, it should have been defaulted to a "Fill Layer".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the provided Krita file.
2. Select all layers or the "Background" layer.
3. Select the move tool.

OBSERVED RESULT
Pixels with alpha 0 in "Background" suddenly become max alpha. The part that
was erased becomes white.

Note also that even before moving, there is something wrong with the thumbnail
of "Background" in the layer list. It shows a lot of "white" despite being
painted over the majority of its area.

EXPECTED RESULT
Alpha is preserved and nothing "surprising" happens when moving the layer.

The thumbnail also should reflect the contents of the layer.
