Pushed by albertvaka into branch 'master'. notifications: Ignore notifications from paused/suspended apps Android 10+ (API 29+) supports pausing apps via Digital Wellbeing, Focus Mode, or launcher shortcuts, which places packages in a suspended state. Previously, if a suspended app received a background push notification, KDE Connect forwarded it to the connected desktop even though it was hidden from the phone. Query PackageManager.isPackageSuspended() on API 29+ and ignore notifications from paused apps.
