DESCRIPTION
When a file is recognized as a Bash or Zsh file upon opening, it is opened in
read-only mode, and unlike Kate, there is no menu option to change the mode.
For zsh, this only happens if the file begins with a shebang.
Also, a black rectangle appears briefly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open .sh file or a file starting with `#!/bin/sh`, `#!/bin/env bash`, etc
(something recognized as bash)
OBSERVED RESULT
The file is read-only.
EXPECTED RESULT
The file is editable.
