DESCRIPTION
My notification icon is on my panel on a 2nd monitor. When the "Notifications >
Popups > Location" is set to "Near notification icon," notifications appear on
my 1st monitor in the top left. If it's set to a specific position, it shows
the location selector vertically, just like my 2nd monitor, but notifications
still appear in the specified corner/side on my 1st monitor instead.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have multiple monitors
2. Move your notification icon to a monitor that is not the "main" monitor
3. Notifications still appear on the main monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Notifications don't appear in the correct monitor
EXPECTED RESULT
Notifications appear in the monitor I want them to
